This is by far the best time of year in Washington D.C. The moment the cherry blossoms bloom, the city becomes full of life and happiness. Thousands of people make their way down to the tidal basin in order to snap their own personal shots of the flowers around the monuments. This is just one of the many, many reasons why I think Washington is one of the most gorgeous cities in the world.
