- 3/4 cups of sugar
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- 3/4 cups of pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 + 1/2 cups of white flour
- 3/4 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions -
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.
- Grease muffin tin.
- In a medium sized bowl, mix sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until combined. Then add water and pumpkin puree.
- In large sized bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add wet ingredients to dry mixture.
- Once combined, stir in chocolate chips.
- Fill muffin tin approximately 2/3 with batter.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Take out of oven and let cool.
- Devour!
