Ingredients -
- 2 and 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) of unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup of light corn syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1 cup of dark semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions -
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat together sugar, butter, and corn syrup until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- With mixer on low, gradually add flour mixture until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Drop dough by tablespoons onto prepared baking sheet 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cookies are no longer shiny.
- Let cool for two minutes, transfer to wire rack, and let cool.
- Devour and enjoy!
